Service Scope Herniagallbladderwa.com provides controlled vacuum induction melting, sintering, quenching, and tempering for advanced ferrous alloys. All processes are executed per agreed technical specifications and material certificates.
User Obligations You must supply accurate alloy composition data, component geometry, and required hardness/tensile targets. Any deviation from submitted parameters may alter treatment outcomes and voids warranty.
Limitation of Liability Our liability is limited to the value of the specific heat treatment service provided. We are not liable for consequential damages arising from improper use, post-treatment machining, or third-party handling of treated components.
Termination & Changes Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact info@herniagallbladderwa.com for legal inquiries.
